Here is a list of the required documents:
1. Application forms, signed.
2. 2 photos (passport size)
3. Registration fee for the amount of $100 (by check only). A check should be written to "Technion-Israel Institute of Technology" (non-refundable).
4. The following original Transcripts and Diplomas of previous studies (higher education) and tests, or authorized copies [by either: the issuing university, a notary, the Technion Graduate School]:
- 2 authorized copies of your diplomas
- 2 authorized copies of your final transcripts including your grade point average (GPA). If you haven't finished your studies as of yet, please submit the latest transcript and GPA.
- 2 copies of the translation of your diplomas & transcripts into English/Hebrew. (Authorized by either: a notary, the issuing university) from a non-English university.
- 2 copies of abbreviated syllabi. (optional but recommended)
- 2 recommendations – to be sent directly to the Technion Graduate School by the recommenders

General Academic Requirements
Applicants to the Graduate School should hold a grade average (GPA) of at least 75% [3.2 US], in order to be considered for admission. It is advisable to contact the Academic Office of the International Engineering School prior to registration.
The M.E. offered by the International Engineering School can be completed in two semesters. is a non-research degree and requires course work and a project/seminar. Language Requirements
All classes, textbooks and scientific material required for graduate studies at the Technion International Engineering School are in English. Therefore, knowledge of English is a prerequisite for admission to the Graduate School.
Applicants from English speaking countries, who hold, either a high school diploma, or an academic degree, are exempt from the English tests.
International applicants from non-English speaking countries (not immigrants) are required to either take the TOEFL or the English tests at the Technion prior to beginning their studies. If a GRE / GMAT test was taken and the verbal score is high, an exemption from English is possible.
All other students are required to complete the English requirements which consist of two levels of English. The tests are taken after admission and beginning of studies at the allocated time as appears on the admission letter.
